1970 Martin D12-35 S 12-String Natural
Up for sale is a beautiful 1970 Martin D12-35 in its original natural finish. Features of this model include a spruce top, rosewood sides and a stunning 3 piece rosewood back. This example is in good shape for its age but certainly shows its share of wear and tear. A pickup has been installed and a hole was drilled for a jack and a volume knob. There are a few hairline cracks on the top, I am unsure if they have been repaired. It has had a neck reset at some point in its life. That said the guitar plays and sounds fantastic. Pro setup in house and comes complete with its original hard case.
