This is the ROYAL model, which was one of the top Archtop models in its early years (the 1950s). tough to get by. The top is made of exceptionally thick (7mm) solid spruce and features sickle-shaped soundholes and seductive carving. Deep Body Cutaway Flame maple was used in the construction of the sides and rear. maple neck with an ebony fingerboard. Body measurements are 400 mm wide, 85 mm deep, 630 mm long, and 43 mm wide at the nut. The ROYAL script logo is engraved on the tailpiece.
