Sold my epiphone Les, which frankly was a wonderful guitar, for this 2019 Gibson. It’s a whole new ballgame. Just super playable and pride of ownership is off scale.

Beautiful guitar and it feels & sounds amazing . Fretboard is perfect match, not too slim or not too bulky. Feeling of it is somewhat similar to a good old 90’s Tokai Love Rock, but the shape is even better. The workmanship (polish, how parts are place,…) is excellent. Only minor issue that I found was that there was bit of glue left on the rosewood. Doesn’t feel on the fingers, but is visible by eye. Pick-ups in this 60s LP are much more versatile than I expected. I mainly play close to clean/crunch sounds and 70s&80s rock (e.g. Led Zeppelin), which all sound amazing. For those who like to play some heavier stuff it might be good to know that my son connected it to a Blackstar HTR1 amp with overdrive set to maximum, getting surprisingly good Metallica/Megadeth tones
