Buy Rickenbacker 1993 650S Sierra 24 Karat Gold Hardware Walnut Guitar + Case Online. A Rickenbacker 650S Sierra guitar with original case and hardware plated in 24 Karat gold is up for sale. Unbelievably difficult to locate in this uncommon variant with an oiled Walnut Body, 24 Karat Gold-plated hardware, and maple neck, this model is no longer offered in the Rickenbacker lineup.

The guitar has two miniature humbuckers that sound like P-90s without the unwelcome feedback problems. They sound fantastic and have a certain flavor from the Rickenbacker line. When needed, the one-piece necks allow the guitar have a good, long sustain. The guitar is really gorgeous and has a ton of elegance thanks to the 24 Karat Gold hardware. With 24 frets, this solid body guitar has an excellent range and is a reasonable size and weight.

It is in excellent shape and is entirely original. The frets are in fine condition, the fretboard has moderate play wear, and the headstock has a little ding above the bottom E tuner, a small scrape below the bridge, and a few markings near the top. Other than that, it is in really good shape considering its age. With some natural aging, the gold hardware is still shiny. Amazingly, the case still includes the original manual despite having a plush blue inside and a few minor scratches around one edge of the rear.

A fantastic addition to any Rickenbacker fan and a rare gem from 1993.
